If you’re anywhere in Canada — Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax, or a town in between — the process runs by courier instead of across a bank counter. Send a few photos and the details of your Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, or any other fine watch, and you’ll typically hear back within the hour, seven days a week, with a dealer-level offer. If the number works for you, you arrange a tracked, insured shipment to us at your cost. On arrival we authenticate the watch — case, dial, movement, papers — and confirm the final offer. Accept, and payment goes out by e-Transfer or wire. If you decline — or we can’t make an offer after inspection — the watch comes back to you with the return shipping on us, either way. Box and papers help the number, but they’re never required, and if you’ve inherited a watch and aren’t sure what it is, we’ll help identify it before there’s any talk of numbers.

Questions about selling a watch from anywhere in Canada.

How do I ship my watch to you safely?

Use a courier with tracking and signature on delivery, and insure the package for the value of the watch. You arrange and pay for the shipping and insurance. We confirm the address and timing with you before anything is sent, and we let you know the moment it arrives.

How is the watch authenticated once it arrives?

The same way we do it in person: we inspect the case, dial, movement, bracelet, and any papers, then tell you exactly what we found. The number you had before shipping is an estimate; the final offer is made after this inspection.

When do I get paid?

Once the watch is authenticated and you accept the final offer, we send payment by e-Transfer or wire. Nothing changes hands until you’ve said yes to the final number.

What happens if I decline your offer, or you decline the watch?

Either way, the watch comes back to you and we cover the return shipping. If you decline the final offer, we ship it back at our cost. If the watch isn’t something we can make an offer on after inspection, we tell you why and ship it back, also at our cost.

Which provinces do you buy from?

All of them, and the territories. Wherever you are in Canada, the process is the same: photos, an offer, an insured shipment, authentication on arrival, and payment by e-Transfer or wire.
