When you submit a watch through the form on our site, we collect:
- Your name and preferred contact method (WhatsApp number or email address).
- Details about the watch you’re offering — brand, model, reference, year, condition, set (box/papers), and any notes or target price you provide.
- Your city or general location.
- Any photo links you choose to share.
We also collect standard technical information automatically via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser, referrer). Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.
2. How we use it
- To evaluate your watch and send you a cash offer or consignment quote.
- To follow up with you about your submission via your preferred contact method.
- To improve our website and marketing (aggregate analytics only).
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (see below) or when required by law.
3. Third-party processors
- Web3Forms — receives and forwards our submission form to our inbox. See Web3Forms Privacy.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate site traffic analytics. See Google Privacy.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose WhatsApp as a contact method, messages are sent and stored by Meta under their own policies.
4. Retention
We keep submission data for as long as needed to complete the transaction and for our records afterward (typically up to 24 months). You can request deletion at any time — see Section 6.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, primarily for Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings without breaking any functionality on this site.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email us (see Section 7) and we’ll action the request within 30 days. If you’re in Canada, this policy complies with PIPEDA.
